New Camera?!

Hey y'all!

I got a new camera! Obviously you know that from the title of the post though.

I guess you're wondering what kind I got.

I bought a Canon EOS Rebel T5! (Photo below)

I have been saving for a camera for several months and finally bought this one a few weeks ago! I love it so much. 

I haven't taken any dolls photos with it yet but hope to do so soon. However, I have some other photos that I might post on my personal blog.

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

It's my one year anniversary for this blog, a.k.a. my BLOGERVERSARY!!! I have had this blog, Marisa's American Girls, for exactly a year and two days! hehe ;) 

Thank you SO MUCH for such a wonderful year, I look forward to many more! And thank you for 47 followers, all in one year!!! I can't believe it, I never thought my blog would ever be this popular, let alone in one year! 

I also would like to give special thanks to my good friend, Lu. I met her online shortly after I created this blog, so she has really been here for me since day one! Thank you so much Lu, I don't know where I'd be without you!!! I really hope we can meet in person someday. :) I'd also like to thank all my other friends I've met online, I love chatting with you all and learning more about you! 

This was the first photo I ever posted on my blog, it was in this  post! It's crazy how much my photography changed, as I knew almost nothing about photographing dolls back then!

This is a photo from my most recent photoshoot. See how it's changed? I absolutely love this photo, but I don't even know why I posted the other one in the first place! hehe ;)

Also, I'd like to discuss a little something here. I've been wanting to change my blog name for a few months now, so I thought now would be a great time to do that! I'm going to change it Seastar Studios, after my new YouTube channel! There will be more on the name change later, like when it will take place, what things it will change, etc. Also, I'm going to give my blog layout a makeover! I'm going to change all the colors and stuff, to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. ;) You'll see these changes take place over the next week or so, so be looking out for those!

I just posted my 100th post!!!! WOW! I can't believe I have so many on here!
